Delivery Information


The period of delivery depends upon the dispatch period as indicated in the section “Conditions of dispatch”.

The processing period for an order varies for each sale, as indicated in conditions of Sale.

The products are sent to the address as indicated by the client upon making the order. To facilitate delivery we invite the customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during working days Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order and there is nobody to receive it, a note will be left to indicate the delivery attempt. Please contact the transport agents as soon as possible via the number of the delivery note to arrange another delivery. If there is nobody to receive the delivery upon the second attempt, another delivery note will be left to inform of the second delivery attempt.

From then on, the order will be kept at the shipping agent’s offices for 15 days. After 15 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Upon receiving the order:

1. Check the goods conform to the order at the moment of delivery.

2. Indicate any irregularity on the delivery note, specify your reservations and include your signature.

3. The shipping agents do not permit return of goods if the client opens them in their presence, but the client may inspect the box from the outside and not accept the order if it is found to be damp or wet. Our partner will inform us of the incident, and a new order will be automatically dispatched at no additional cost to you. The Ibiza Vibe does not accept any responsibilities for consequences of possible delays in delivery.
